There are rules in the draft that cover trade collusion, non payment of monies to the pool and each has its own consequences however i think this is far worse than either of those too.
one thing that is almost always true is you don't get caught every time you do something wrong. I don't know how many times this has happened, from reading George's message maybe more often than we think.
with all due respect to everyone in this pool I feel that jay should forfeit the season. I don't think there needs to be tribunal as not everyone will agree on who is on it or how soft or hard the penalty would be.
regardless of weather someone wins or was trying to Finnish last to get # draft pick and manupliates the roster moves and points in the way he did is wrong period. the fact is that he cheated has admitted to it and hopefully just volunteers to suspend himself.
IMO in order for him not affect the draft positions he should keep the draft picks he has and pick last in each round (as he would have if he won the pool) this way there is no possible way the points matter any more and after the season is done there has to be a way that this can be monitored not for this reason alone but for legit mistakes that might happen maybe 2 people with the "Admin" power on pool-expert.
integrity is a word that jay has written in to the rules of the pool in a number of different places and i think Jay will do the right thing.

Have you guys figured out 3 guys yet. I would like to clear my name. One stipulation is that 1 of the 3 must be able to meet up with me because I need to "open the books" to show that everything said above is highly exaggerated and is closer to slander than truth.

One stipulation is that 1 of the 3 must be able to meet up with me because I need to "open the books" to show that everything said above is highly exaggerated and is closer to slander than truth. well Jay unfortunately you don't seem yo want to do the right thing and considering you feel like we are "slandering" you can you please explain another one of the illegal player roster moves that you seem to have an advantage over us regular honest hockey poolers. 02/26 19:03:51 Northside Knucklers Dress Brad Marchand C Bos 02/26 19:03:43 Northside Knucklers Bench Matt Duchene C Col The 1st game and cut off on this day was 7pm or (19:00) as you can see he did it 3 min after the legal cut-off. this type of movement is followed with a add drop type of a transaction which i feel is how this gets covered up. anyone can go to their own history or anyone Else's and see that for some reason the only time the add/drop happens with us regular guys is when we trade or pick up a free agent. jay seems to have them a fair bit and after he does this shady move. steps to see history: 1. log in to poolexpert 2. go to team roster 3. at the top of the names there are 3 drop down menus the middle one will have the history. 4. all you have to do then is see a transaction and verify that it was after the cut-off that the rest of us honest poolies are governed by. the reason that jay is different is he is the admin and can place players in and basically override the system. if anyone wants to see just simply log on your own site and then compare your to Jays. Jay you still feel like you are being slandered?

I will explain myself to the 3 guys selected not named George or Keith. I am sick and tired of this public lobbying. Figure it out now. If the three guys deem what I have done to be as bad as the "VICIOUS SCANDAL" you guys say has been committed, they can do what they wish. Quit FUCKING ripping/lobbying me in public without the full FUCKING story.

Here is the problem Jay. I have spoken with you privately about this off and on each of the last three seasons, but you obviously do not care. That is why I made this public.

Hey Jay dont be mad at the cop for catching you speeding.....
if Pat is the Co-Admin maybe he should decide what or how he goes about this issue I would also suggest Cory as I know he helps in the other pool that uses poolexpert and he is probally more familar with how things work.

OK so now that there has been some time pass since the incident with Jay and nobody seems to know whats next.
I want to purpose a vote I would suggest by Vote that we allow Pat (assistant pool admin)to do what ever he seems is right to determine how this is resolved.
please vote yes if you are ok with this or if you have another suggestion speak up.

I think we need a panel of 3 guys to decide Jay's fate. It might take all 3 guys to put the noose around Jay's neck! lol
