The 2nd prospect in as many years give The Firm some problems, Stefan Legein, the Firms draft pick in the 2008 JRFHL entry draft, has decided to quit hockey. Legein's agent, Doug Woods, informed the Firms that the 19-year-old right winger will not report to training camp next month and is retiring, according to a report in the Columbus Dispatch. Blue Jackets general manager Scott Howson confirmed the news to the Dispatch late Tuesday night. Legein, a native of Oakville, Ont., was an all-star with the Niagara IceDogs of the Ontario Hockey League last season, scoring 24 goals and adding 13 assists with 80 penalty minutes in 30 games. He also helped Canada win its fourth straight gold medal at the world junior championship

If it is the case, oh well (@##@$ happens) I guess I will just have to make due with the other 21 propsects I have. By the way Randy, how many prospects do you have to count on? Looks like Legien would help to fill out that roster a little.

well usually when a player wont report to camp he doesnt like the management or the team and the direction so this is more a reflection on the Firm's management practices rather than steven's loss of intrest in the game.
The Top gun management team would like to start the bidding at 4th rd 2010. we feel the strong management style of the top guns will be enough to get the young players career back on track.

I am not worried about my team nor did I second guesse your depth in prospects, Just joshing withing Randy. Remember, this a ranting page. Now,if I had taken offence like I may have taken with unnamed gm. I would have said something like this. Why you dirty !@#@#, how would you like me to come over and kick you square in the guns, and beat the #@#$@#$#, the smash your #$%#$%#$%, leave you for @@##@#, you #@##@$# and the suplex what is left of your sorry @#$@#$@#$. Not that I am upset with the anyone at all though for their mischievious antics. But because I hold no offence then I would never in my wildest dreams say such things.

I know that, and I just find it funny that out of everyone in this pool it happened too, it was you (again) it would only have been funnier if it was one of Jays prospects.
