last night :reported by CBS Shelley takes a personal day: Sharks LW Jody Shelley missed Thursday's game against the Blues due to personal reasons. He remains day-to-day and questionable for Saturday against the Stars. (Updated 11/07/2008). Poolexpert has not Given Shelly the "little Red Cross"even though he missed the game with personal reasons seems to me that if there is going to be inconstancy as which players poolexpert gives the red cross to then there are problems with the idea that The cross should be the determining factor... ? any thoughts??

Hi guys how is everybody doing? Since i was not here and unable to access this site while i was away, here i go Just to make myself a more popular man I agree hole heartedly with keith Either you are injured or you are not Black and White He left for personal reason and not an injury Not to tough to figure out And i believe if a player was injured at the start of the season and was on your bench you most definetly have to wait the 3 days He was not on your roster at the start of the season? ? And another thing, i think there should also be a special designated person who takes the submissions for free agents for the league administrator. Maybe the last place team could get that submission because he would pick first and it would not influence his picks I am sure the league administrator would have no problem doing something like that just to silence the critics Thanks

I think the answer to this situation is very simple. What do the rules say! If the player is INJURED then he can come back right away and if not it is 3 weeks. Prove that he is INJURED. What part of his body did not allow him to play that was INJURED. If you can show an article by any ligitimate literature that he is INJURED then he comes back right away. Just b/c a red cross is shown is not enough. He must be INJURED. As with all of our controversial issues, we must go by what the rules say: A GM may drop an injured player (proved by injury report) to the Farm Team and call up a player of the same position.. The key words are "REPORT" and "PROVED". What proof do we have? A red cross is not a report. It is a Symbol. The report is what is shown when you click on that symbol. What is a report? A report is something that DESCRIBES an injury. Show me the injury in the report. In this case there is yet to be shown any injury by any INJURY REPORT. So by mere definition of the rules there is clearly no Injury Report by Pool expert or any other source that describes an INJURY. Therefore, by mere deduction, one must conclude that there is no injury. This case is now a BOG issue, and the BOG must follow the rules.

I concur
How else does this make sense
george made it very clear
he broke it down
its very simple
the bog has to decide
and i am sure you will come up with the same conclusion
and there is no pressure from anyone
[glow=red,2,300]JUST MAKE THE BEST DECISION FOR THE LEAGUE[/glow] not because someone may blow a gasket over the decision you make
we are supposed to be all adults here and its supposed to be a fun league but i think that gets away from some people some time
so lets have a vote on it thanks
