George has told me that I have to drop another player because I only dropped 3. I thought we stopped doing this a few years ago and only drop down to 28 but could be mistaken. I need cladification. And does this mean we have to restart free agency if I do? I am waiting for clarification

It was a way for the top teams to be thinned out of their depth. If you dropped 3 you need to drop 1 more. Your other question about free agency i do not see a reason that there is a need to re start? As it is a bottom up process and who ever you drop the one of the lower teams will pick up if they feel its a good player. I say status quo on free agency and let the season begin

Morinville Mercurys are proud to announce Mark Scheifele's ascension to the big club and hope his new surroundings will allow him to prosper. That is i would like to call him up from prospect to regular player
